Self Preservation (Vinyl)

Recorded live with her band at The Grove Studios and produced by acclaimed producer Scott Horscroft, Self Preservation is the highly anticipated fourth studio album from award-winning grunge country artist Tori Forsyth.

A powerful meditation on resilience, transformation and the cycles of life, Self Preservation explores the continual process of letting go, rebuilding and protecting what truly matters. As Tori explains, "preservation of self" isn't about holding onto past versions of ourselves, but allowing what must die to make way for something radically new. Honest, raw and deeply human, the album embraces the beauty found in life's fractured moments, celebrating the enduring strength of the soul and the renewal that follows even our hardest seasons.
