Our Take on the Nikon Df:

This camera stands out with its tactile controls, allowing photographers to adjust settings quickly without navigating complex menus. Its durable magnesium alloy body ensures reliability, while compatibility with a wide range of Nikon F-mount lenses, including AI and non-AI types, adds versatility.

The 3.2" 921k-dot LCD and optical pentaprism viewfinder provide clear composition and playback. The 39-point AF system with 9 cross-type sensors ensures accurate focusing, supported by a 2,016-pixel RGB metering sensor and Scene Recognition System for precise exposure and color balance.

The ISO range of 100–12800 (expandable to 50–204800) ensures excellent results in challenging lighting conditions. Continuous shooting at 5.5 fps captures fast action, while Active D-Lighting preserves highlight and shadow detail in high-contrast scenes.
